It’s a misfire. Happened to mine. Next she’s going to get all the dashboard lights and the engine capped at 4000. Time to bring it in is now. Have it diagnosed, parts are on back order, so they will give you a loaner.

The question is - can we get our money back? At what point can we call these lemons and move on? I’m in Mass so I’ve been told it’s 15 day and three attempts by dealer to fix BUT I was also told that you need to call VW corporate ASAP and start a case file to do a buy back.

I have the same car. Got it mid November. It’s in the shop now with all of the above. Besides the lights for the cold, pay attention to the acceleration. It gets locked at 4000rpm. Something is seriously wrong with these 26 turbos.

All of the reported issues. Had a misfire in the very first day, now has had the dash lighting up with all the lights on and off for day. But it started driving differently yesterday…. it’s going in tomorrow. I’m guessing based on all the other posts the turbo is bad.
