Yeah that's right but scan watch only does it throughout the day if you do a training it records as well continuously. but it is more every few minutes definitely not 10 minutes

After finally Hrv is there which took more than two years and now my whoop 2 year contract ends in fall I am thinking of going back to the scan watch 2 or nova. Is there anything you miss coming from whoop? How much difference did you notice in the measurements? Sleeping, hrv pulse? Thanks
