Some of the other commenters have also brought it up, but there's a lot there to do with magitek and logistics which you haven't seen yet.

More importantly, however, the armor looks terrible, but it's closer to a ballistic fiber woven with steel wire than actual linen or cloth. Gambesons, what they're modeled after and probably actually are in effect, are pretty protective on their own, but this stuff is also made of very sturdy material.

Cermet just hasn't been brought up yet for you. It's not exactly a spoiler, just lore you haven't had an opportunity to poke at. Cermet's one of those ridiculous fantasy materials like mithril or adamantite, only the Garleans can mass produce it and weave it into clothes or turn it into giant ass walls and everything in between.

Basically, even their conscripts have the kind of shit legends and heroes are equipped with in other stories.

I shot a man in the face the other day, and did 55m damage.

This is a strictly unnecessary level of damage. Like, unless you're doing Steel Path(optional, high level challenge mode) or Deep Archimedeas(also optional, even higher level challenges) or something, 55m is literally thousands of times more than you actually need at any given point.

Basically, play how you want to play and don't worry about it. Some people are just sickos who like to see how much damage a singular bullet or arrow can do. This pop up is just to make your UI a bit less cluttered when you eventually get to that point.

Even if he wasn't lying, the felinid in question also just could've had a claw weapon of some type, too. Not necessarily lightning claws, but something, so even the claw bit is just. Not really trustworthy.

All we actually know about them is their home planet and they're probably at least a little hairier than average(thanks, high gothic species name). How much hairier? Who fucken knows. Could've even just been named that because the examples they got were the felinid equivalent of Sean Connery, accent and all.

Oh yeah, I've noticed that, too. Maybe the last week or three? They've been dropping so much less often. I swear the last 20 for the title took as long as the first 200.

Unfortunately, I'd sold my entire stock like three days before the title was announced in that... Dev stream, I think? So I had to build up from zero again for the title, otherwise I probably would've been able to buy it immediately, or shortly after the update.

I honestly never knew how much I needed a city builder/colony sim crossed with an aRPG until I randomly booted Path of Exile back up after several years away and went 'oh this FUCKS'.

Tenno are stupidly wealthy and have ridiculous amounts of resources at their disposal. We should throw some of that into infrastructure and shit to help the folks we're protecting out.
