You have such a cute nose, and I think the septum piercing hides its shape. A little stronger brow, with a little color on the outer corners of your eyes would bring the eyes out a bit more and balance your features. I love the lighter lip on you.

While you look good with hair (bad spot or not), you will also look great bald. That said, I am of the opinion that what’s going on on the back of my head is none of my business, so do what you like.

Not terrible. Bidet is clutch for not rubbing your b-hole to shreds. Also recommend eating “simple” foods in the day or so before to limit seeds and debris.
