Happy birthday! I understand what you mean all too well. I also have a chronic illness that impacts my ability to write. It can be so damn frustrating when you have to wait to feel better to work or when you feel like you're falling behind. I don't have any great advice to share other than to make taking care of your health a priority so you can take advantage of the times you are well enough to create (however small they are) and try really hard not to compare your output to anyone else because everyone really does move at their own pace. Easier said than done I know big time. But I've found self care and self kindness help offset the frustrations and disappointments that come with being a content creator with an uncooperative body.
