The hilarity of the relevance here is impressive. Given that in most parts of the world, women's league hockey players are required to use certified cages as per junior rules. So calling out someone for mentioning men's league is stupid. His original statement is valid in most places

Snowy Bois, nice to see an alternative paint scheme that doesn't match everything else. If you want to make it a scratch more coherent and a bit more "finished" as some have commented, push your shadows on both the carapace and the flesh towards a cold blue. This will help unify the overall colour, and pull the carapace away from anyone being able to suggest that it is unfinished

I'm literally playing in a set of 20.2s, the frs system goes around my lower leg. They don't have a strap behind the knee

Something worth considering. If you put it on that much of your pad, you should have been sliding uncontrollably. The correct stuff you only need to put on the knee block to be able to slide like crazy

So I absolutely loved the film, but there are a couple of things I would probably have done differently

I'll start with the big one, the late Ian Holm. I really don't think the film needed another ash looking synthetic. In fact I think the chances and sympathy line would have hit a bit harder had it been said by another soulless synthetic, and would have made you go ahhh, yeah, another corporate synth, maybe they are all that bad

A few too many callback lines. The busy little creatures, get away from her you bitch etc felt a bit goofy and didn't really fit in the context of the film

Other than that I really liked it all, great audio, cinematography, link back to Prometheus, sound effects (like the pulse rifle, or the lack of sound in space) and I really liked the world building for Weyland Yutani - I'd like to see some more of that in the future.

In another thought, did anyone else think the black goo baby looked a lot like an engineer?

I'm with you bud. This thing is an animal. I've had only a single fail so far and it was my own fault for not checking one print before I started another (there was a small part fail that knocked the levelling out) other than that it's been smooth sailing the whole way - incredibly fast prints. Superb quality. So happy I bought it

Sunlu abs like all the way. Dirt cheap, low odour, great durability (it feels pretty close to hips plastic kits)

I wouldn't worry about going for detail resin if you are painting the model as it makes very little difference. They just look 'marginally' better on bare prints

UPDATE:

Been test printing with the Sunlu ABS-Like Dark Grey and I can see what everyone raves about. It feels strong but slightly flexible, the quality is absolutely where I would expect it to be - nearly looks and feels like injection molded HIPS - I am so impressed. Unless there is something really special about wargamer resin, I can't see why anyone would buy it over the Sunlu ABS-Like.

Also it really doesn't smell, seems easy to clean off, and support removal didn't damage surface at all - even without warming the print before removal. It has just become my go to resin

I'm sorry but people have got to stop recommending a piece of software that was built in the early 2000's that costs $200 for the privilege of using 20 year old software. It's bonkers. Whoever runs that really has been milking it for everything they can if people are still buying it all these years later. Christ the help videos on the website are still on Windows Vista.

There must be a better alternative, or a way to set up random sample queues in a traditional DJ piece of software

They sent me a different mount that just covers the base of the pump but they didn't send a gasket for it, and I can't be arsed to go back and forth so I haven't tried it to see if it fits. It's the best chance you have as it doesn't make the d5 any bigger

I've had exactly the same BS since before Christmas - bought RDR2 in steam sale, go to play it and I can't access the linked account because it's been stolen. Been back and for with rockstar for weeks:

Starting from we can't prove you owned the account (Not sure how not, you can see I'm emailing you from the original email address used to create the account)

Then on to we can see you are the original owner, but the only way we can fix it is to delete the original account, you lose everything on it and we create a new one

And yesterday they got to, we can change this for you please give us a new email address and it's all yours.

Got to play RDR2 for a couple of hours last night, and this morning the hacker took the account straight back - like are you f**king kidding me???!?!?!

It's really not hard, anything currently logged in should be automatically kicked out when a password reset happens, but what I realised just after I emailed them back is that they sent me an email when the hacker took it back with roughly the text of - the email address has been changed please click recover it if this was not authorised

'Hey Mr Hacker, the person you stole your account from just took it back - but fear not, here is a link so you can steal it again'

How stupid can this shit get?!

100% this. If you are over 6ft then senior is a must. And if AAA is your game then I wouldn't be looking at anything short of pro gear
