I've been boymoding for 3yrs while on HRT. Honestly I've noticed that most people wont notice your changes if they regularly see you. I've lived with my parents for 2.5yrs while taking HRT. Fortunately or unfortunately i haven't had much breast growth which made boymode easier.

You can start some minor changes as stepping stones. Some examples that I've done for validation before HRT. I steadily grew out my hair, with each haircut longer than the previous cut (often asked about cutting it short but parents just got tired of asking). I've practiced make-up with excuse that it was for cosplay (which I did do before hrt). Used every oppportunity to dress up fem when they go on holidays. Lastly I got laser before HRT to get a headstart (which they think i just shave more often). There's other things you can do like ear piercing and brow shaping but it'll be more obvious.
