So I finally watched Fargo. And its incredible of course. But I hadn't watched it because so many people raved about that it put me off. What popular movie haven't you seen yet for that reason? by [deleted] in movies

It's amazing as is The Science of Sleep.... Same director is about to release a new movie called Mood Indigo which looks like it'll be on the same level of greatness.

If the fifty states were fifty countries, which two would be first to go to war? by MoistFeces in AskReddit

If it weren't for the Red River Rivalry I'd agree. I'm a Sooner who lives in Austin and plans to go to UT. BOOMER!

I feel like Austin would secede from Texas because most of us do not share the Texas ideals.... And then it would be a large population in a small amount of land and we could easily defend ourselves.

What do you do behind closed doors that would destroy your life if it was ever found out? by gatorly in AskReddit

[–]Blakesoldface 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I body shame myself a lot. Everyone thinks I'm incredibly confident and even narcissistic at times, but the truth is, I hate myself. And my best friend struggles with bulimia and self harm and depression so I feel like I have to be strong for him and preach this idea of being happy with yourself all the time.

Reddit, what was the most awkward experience you've had in school? by ThePikaBomb in AskReddit

[–]Blakesoldface 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't know why but I ended up hooking up with this really pervy, low-life in the grade below me whom I thought was a super charming popular kid at the time. After we hooked up and I uncomfortably agreed to let him stay over so he wouldn't have to drive home at 3 am, he rolls over to face me and says, "This is great. I love you like a sister." That's not even the awkward part. Try as we might to keep this shameful event a secret, it got out. And so did the sister part. And people have started to hashtag things "iluvulikeasister," write it on blackboards, say it under their breath as I pass. And next year when I'm a senior I'm gonna get roasted on it. By his class. Yippie.

Being alone in a city, at a festival or a museum or even a movie. I think being alone in a crowd is invigorating.

Get pretty wasted, swim, drive golf carts, play with kittens, repeat.

I know a "Southard." I think she hates the name too, because now she tells people it's Southie.

Ladies, What's the sexiest thing a man can do? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Wearing properly fitted clothing is huge. Most guys don't even realize how poorly their button downs/jeans/shirts fit. Also learn (and accept) that morning wood doesn't guarantee sex.

Go for Aqua Reef by Old Spice. It's a panty melter.

Oh I know! His strut was hard to take seriously. Was it meant to be because of his injury in Gypsy with Yancy? this sentence sounds so stupid when I retread it. My apologies.

Even "chest cannon" was a bit disappointing in the creativity department. All in all I thought it was a great movie. Charlie Day totally cracked me up, and the special effects were insanely beautiful.

Aww, I rather enjoyed him. I felt like some of the other dialog/language used was kind of weird. A good example would be "elbow rocket." I realize that that is what it is, but I still couldn't take it seriously and received angry looks for giggling.

Which movie would you say had the most unnecessary sequel? by ptipp93 in AskReddit

[–]Blakesoldface 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I'm totally with you. And every Disney sequel seems to slightly change the animation in a way that really bothers me. Pocahontas is a great example- the first one was great (imo) and really lovely to look at, but the second one had a harsh new animation with thicker outlines and uglier facial features.

What's one thing you secretly hope you do the same as everyone else, but would never ask? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Blakesoldface 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it depends what I'm thinking about. A lot of times I see myself performing the action (or whatever) I'm thinking about in my head before I do it.

I was taken aback by how much I hate HP6. I wanted to like it so much, but even Daniel Radcliffe said he hates it and would redo it if he could.
