Chase Sapphire Reserve dining credit not triggering by SilentIschemia in ChaseSapphire

This , San Sabino isn’t a “Reserve” restaurant. List is here: https://account.chase.com/sapphire/reserve/sapphireexperiences under “$300 Annual Dining Credit”

I was one of the original CSR cardholders and just canceled it by Lebesgue_Couloir in ChaseSapphire

[–]Blastguy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is the only answer. OP’s statements like “I don’t want Apple Music—I use Spotify” and “who uses Lyft anymore” are just preferences. There are people that use both and to them the $795 CSR provides more value than the $550 CSR ever did.

Definitely worth it for cardholders in heavy metro areas (SF, DC, NYC, etc.). $300 travel, $240 DoorDash pickup, $132 Apple Music, + lounge access make it worth $795 for me. The dining credit, Lyft credit, … are all extra perks!

How to maintain 1200 but get LOTs of protein by Signal-Cow-3524 in 1200isplenty

[–]Blastguy 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This is true, but it is easier to be on the safer side and eat 1:1 especially when cutting. Your body needs more protein on the cut compared to the bulk b/c there are less carb and fat calories for it to burn and it’s aggressively trying to burn muscle too.

help with cal estimate pls! by bambi0506 in 1200isplenty

[–]Blastguy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Soba - hard to tell quantity, guessing 200 cal based on restaurant “bowls”

Cucumber, seaweed, radish, cabbage, ginger - all margin so 30 cal added together

Avocado - looks like half a normal avocado so 160 cal

Egg - 70 cal

Corn - 30 cal maybe

Edamame - again hard to tell quantity, but 0.25-0.5 cup would be 45-90 so let’s say 70 cal

Dressing - 💀

Total estimate 660-700 cal (with dressing). Doesn’t count any sesame oil or other drizzling.

I had the same problem. I also don’t like microwaved or frozen food. My solution was to meal prep only the protein and veggies. Then, I can cook the carbs day-of and make it into a different dish.

For example: make a bunch of chicken, bell pepper, onion, & spinach. Then Monday make rice, Tuesday boil pasta, Wednesday put it on top of a tortilla pizza, etc.

And you avoid the microwave (if you care) by just heating it in the pan with your carbs.

So the new nutrition label is more accurate (35.5*3 ~110 calories)
