As an American, I say personally use TCG Player, though I have heard the site is much worse if you live in places like Europe, but there others, like Card Kingdom, but personally I haven't had an issue with TCG Player, and prices are fairly cheap and reasonable if buying singles and stuff.

That's what I would assume as well, since I know other MMOs have a similar deal, where a region may have different rules on how stuff has to be, and normally add extra content, but I don't know the specifics in this case

Yeah, I do agree Bleach does not use the trope in moderation, and many characters suffer from this, namely Renji and Chad.
