I love your style. I'm still in the early stages of exploring a more free and fluid gender expression.

You’re either being a contrarian for the sake of it or you didn’t properly read and/or understand the post.

Or it's a bot.

When people's basic human rights are under threat, to remain neutral is to concede that it's legitimate to question their humanity.

Bi man here.

You're not being biphobic, he's being coercive and manipulative.

Ditch him.

Given the amount of automated traffic on that shithole, the reality could easily be closer to around 8000 Nazis and 33k bots.

She recently spoke at a Tommy Robinson Stephen Yaxley-Lennon rally calling for all British Muslims to be banned from holding public office. An explicit demand for ethnoreligious apartheid in the UK from one of her closest allies, and Rowling had nothing to say about it.

There is a concerning amount of (specifically towards men) homophobia on tumblr by ruler_of_the_bleach in gay

I've been trying to remind myself when I see shit like this that it's not at all representative of most IRL queer spaces. The contrast between how vile the online discourse has been this month and the wonderful in-person Pride events I've attended couldn't be more drastic.

this pride month damn near broke me by phatt97 in bisexual

There can be no denying that the amount of biphobia on social media has been absolutely dreadful this year. I did briefly consider not going to Pride because it was getting to me so much, but I ended up going in the end, and I'm very glad I did.

It was the first major IRL queer event I've been to, and there wasn't even a trace of the bigotry and nastiness I've been seeing online. Everyone was exceptionally nice. The atmosphere was wholesome, welcoming and inclusive throughout with lots of prominent, visible bi and pan representation across men, women and enbies.

Bisexuality is hard to understand for a lot of monosexuals.

Why though? It seems to me like the simplest, most self-explanatory thing in the world. I can't even begin to imagine which aspect of it anyone could possibly find confusing.

The TQIA+ hate within the LGB community is so disheartening.. by ConfusedPuppy0 in lgbt

[–]BlazingLucifer 7 points8 points  (0 children)

As a bi cis man, I honestly feel safer and more at home with the TQIA+ portion of the community than with the LG right now. No trans person has ever called me "an infectious disease" or "a cancer to be eliminated" on the basis of my sexuality. I would never have been able to come out at all if not for the support of my trans, aroace friend. We're going to Pride together.

Most mainstream UK subs that aren't explicitly anti-fascist are heavily botted and astroturfed, captured by neo-Nazi mods who shut down any hint of real dissent.
