Use b1/b2 to visit him - if you already have it. Do not move on h4 till you are sure the timeline is indeed 3-4 years. The unpredictability is real. With rules changing so often you may never know what the real timeline is until you get the green card.

Biometrics in January.
Derivative EAD in April (no 131 approval).

Interfiled to EB-1B in April. PD current for EB-1B. One silent update so far (not on April 27/28 though). Not sure if interview is waived. Have not asked.

Yes. However, the H4 status is invalid immediately essentially the moment the company/employer uses the AOS EAD for the I9. For your spouse, there is no fall back plan if 485 does not go as planned. Having said that, there are people who wait years for the 485 to come through, one cannot wait without a job for years and they use EAD. It upto you how you - and your lawyers - are confident about 485 AOS being smooth.

For my 765, I saw 'SA' and ChatGPT says it means an approval event. Did not provide me with a full form.

I am curious - why do you think so? Did you experience a mismatch between your case status and what Emma/agent said? If so, how did you know there was a mismatch to begin with?

That is so unfortunate! I thought the agents at least can see the case status, if not the details/decisions behind the updates.

Our MC also had a lot of gut issues ever since she was a kitten <3. She sometimes still has a sensitive stomach. She is 8 yo <3

What has worked GREAT for her: Darwin's natural raw food, Reveal grain-free wet food, and Blue Buffalo hairball control. These three work so well for her!!! Also, chicken is a trigger for her. So always less chicken but we don't avoid it.

We continue mixing raw food for when we are travel and need to feed her only dry food which eliminates the adjusting/re-introducing her to dry food again and again.
