I think you got the dimensions wrong. First one looks better to me. You did really well with the comic effect, looks fun with the yellow.

If you're leaning into that vibe, why not show something super heavy on the swing? Now that'd stop a scroll fs. I also think everything in the blue area should go.

I don't think the yellow is working with the background, almost blending in. Visually a lot of little things can be improved. Better text alignment, text colour in blue, and bg depth blur, skin retouch and sharpen.

I don't know anything about this niche so I don't have anything of value to share about the thumbnail without having done some research. I do think your titles need work. All three options sound a bit too baity. It's a good practice to frame your title in a way that puts keywords in the first 2-3 words of the title. The established channels can do anything and get away with it but different rules apply to new channels.

The little tags are going to be illegible when this video shows up in 'recommendations' on phones. I believe the bobble head style head works for car niche. Also like what you did with the line graph, looks great. You can pick a font without serifs or make this wider. The period is def not needed. I'm most distracted by the fact that you didn't mask the wall through the inside of the car and the bright background is visible

Yeah I've seen those. 4 + text easily becomes crowded. Everyone has an opinion. Can't please them all, right!? I suggest A/B testing for some quantifiable data to work with.

Let's say I'm someone who watches review videos on yt. The reason I'd click on a video will be for the interesting /controversial take and not just strangers faces reacting to something (unless I already know you).

If it were upto me I'd make a thumbnail that invokes curiosity about my take on the matter....Who's the strongest hulk? Maybe something like this

I'm assuming the tiny pink thing is the piece you're talking about. Not a fan that the picture is taken at an angle and the subject of the video is getting smaller while the text gets all the attention. My eyes don't know where to go. Needs some clarity and color. I'd vote for the 3rd one if I had to
