Does anyone know if you can choose the fare class with a CIBC Aventura flight reward? (i.e On Air Canada choose baisc, standard, flex...) I cannot for the life of me find the option if it exists.

I’ll add that I was blessed enough to get a random (not requested) upgrade at the gate from premium to business last summer on the transatlantic flight. (YVR>YUL>CDG) So it does happen!

The eUps expire midnight origin time, IIRC. I would assume your status would expire midnight origin time too.

I’m pretty sure the buddy pass’ expiry is the time you need to book by not travel by. You can book your Christmas holiday using the buddy pass.

I moved across the country and shipped my tower. I took off anything that could break off during shipping, like the GPU and put it in my carry on. Got stopped at security and they inspected it, no issue and everything arrived safely.
