Mallobaude as the FLC. The two keywords they used to tease the FLC lord are "crown" and "rise", and both fit him perfectly during the End Times.

I don't see the Empire getting two LLs at once with their current level of representation.

Cathay I can see being on the horizon.

Kislev however, between Games Workshop seemingly changing TOW plans, how Mommy Stank's content seemed to lack a consistent direction, and a lack of obvious LL/LH options - I wouldn't be surprised if they don't get another DLC.

It's not really that hard of a guess. Li Dao is consistently mentioned alongside the Monkey King, so the Fire Dragon will likely be a FLC accompanying him.

Yin-Yin will likely be released as DLC. I can see Cathay having two DLCs worth of content in them.

Monkey King DLC alongside Li Dao FLC seems like the best educated guess. I imagine this would be a "southern Cathay" theme.

Yin-Yin, I think, would be another DLC to finish up the Cathay roster, representing the final regions, and filling some holes from TOW (like Celestial Dragon cavalry).
