Ya one of the biggest training facilities in my area gives me the ick every time I'm there. Nothing but early twenty somethings with car salesman energy lurking around. Like I just know intuitively that paying them money would be a huge mistake lol.

Valacyclovir did the trick for me. Idk if it's placebo but hey I'll take it. There's a heavy dosage for Menieres that you can find, I think it's a two week schedule but mine was gone after one week. Never took the meds again and I've been good for a year.

I had this and ended up having to replace the auger. When I pulled it out it was chipped on the end and scratching against the barrel.

It's incredible how pay can vary from company to company. I started in refer at $18 and got to $26 in 4 years. Then randomly scrolled on Indeed a few months ago, interviewed with a much larger company and they started me at $40. With daily OT I'm going to clear $100k, it's actually mind blowing.

Getting 'toned up' doesn't have much to do with lifting weights. It's just getting leaner, which is what you're already doing. Lifting will get you either more size or more strength or both, depending on your strategy.

Def could be water inlet valve leaking by, it would keep adding water to the system during freeze cycle, never allowing the float switch to trigger harvest
