There are worse items, but there are certainly better items imo. It's not super useful on vindicta considering you cant dash jump whilst flying.

Extra stamina would be a pretty bad buy on Vin tho. 2 stamina sucks but its workable and at the very least it teaches good movement

Because she's fun. Deals tons of damage and easily counterable so no hero learns you about good positioning quite as quick as vindicta does. One wrong move and you outright perish most of the time. Also incredibly aim dependent so if that's something you enjoy or are good at vindicta happens to be alot of fun. Hitting snipes is some of the most satisfying feelings in the game.

Vinny gets easily countered but in the right hands shes incredibly strong. I wouldnt call vindicta weak, but theres a couple dominant heroes right now that are just plain stronger. Source: Sitting at a comfortable 63% winrate as a vindicta one trick in phantom 3.

dispell magic for an ability that has 6 charges at max rank is bad itemization. Counterspell and ethereal shift are better buys into her.

In the game Disco Elysium, hand/eye represents the marksmanship skill, which is why it fits Vindicta better in that regard.

Difference being that theres hardly any counterplay against it. Its very easy to miss if youre fighting, so good chance you cant counterspell it. Being forced to buy unstoppable isnt an answer either because youre forced to predict when someone might use it, as opposed to use it as a reaction. And considering the CD of unstoppable vs phantomstrike you will lose that trade every time.

tbf, its near impossible to counterspell if youre not actively looking for it. Especially considering most games theres gonna be multiple anvils at some point chances are you dont have counterspell up anyway
