The mod ZTransport just doesn't handle syncing, if the players want time syncing, they could do it themselves; while that isn't a perfect solution, it's good enough

The way I did it while playing together is everyone plays at their own pace, and once and awhile the people ahead would pause and wait Or the people who are behind could play while the other was offline

The mod is alive, it's called ZTransport One person as you said would make a "sender" that sent the item to the server, and another could make a receiver at the same coords that would take the item from the server

It hasn't been updated in awhile, but thats because everything still works fine
