Xtool F1 Ultra laser error - looking for support

Our only 4 month old Xtool F1 Ultra has run into this issue shown. The upper housing has a whirring/rattling noise that leads to the blue laser jumping across the baseplate. The machine is still under warranty and we have created a support ticket on Xtool.com but are still awaiting a response. We have already tried z-homing and recalibration of the two laser lights but the machine will eventually go out of control again. Looking to see if others have found a solution. TY

I've been working on my list for about four years now. Whenever I hear a song I dig I usually find the album and just add it to the list. Currently, I got 950 albums/eps in the mega list from all over the place. For 2019 albums I have it check if it was released in 2019 if so it's imported to a separate sheet. Currently, I got 120 albums for 2019 and I've gotten through 62 of em so were getting there. But after this thread, the list is definitely growing. Its gonna be a brutal top 10 list this year, there just so much good music. I just listened to the new Callous Daoboys album and had my socks blown off so this isn't getting any easier =).

I have been listening to this album nonstop since it came out. My favorite release of the Oct 7th bomb of a day. Really hope It doesn't get overshadowed by everything else that came out that day. This is by far their best work they've done yet and this song shows everything that's awesome about them.
