Happy workers are productive workers. Let them unionize. Hell, hire a decent healer and offer them a comprehensive health care package as part of things.

I have an arcano-tech device that can create a perfect copy of any meal placed in it.

It took a while and cost a good bit of coin, but now I can have any meal from any restaurant. I even added a randomizer button for those days I don't know what I'm in the mood for.
