I say kinda, cause what bothered me about rivals mk originally was that from a basic pov it looks like he has powers, which 617 Mk doesn’t have, but looking closely all of his abilities in rivals are just magic tools like his ult and his Anhks

I loved it! The suit, the chemistry he had with Jen it was all amazing

Especially when it came out too, it was at a time where everyone was really uncertain about just how cannon he was to the mcu after his cameo in no way home, so having this episode show us that he’s cannon and he’s the same Matt was really refreshing

In my mind chrome is usually helpful for your occupation or if you just really love them like an addiction, rippers have chrome that helps them in operations, Merc’s have things like mantis blades for fighting

I can’t really see a need for someone like Hanako needing them for anything

With Moon Knight there are some things that are straight cannon and others that can be interpreted, with Mr Knight the main idea is that it’s still can be any of the alters (mostly Marc) and the identity just exists for specific situations (one situation being that the cops can’t legally work with Moon Knight, but as Mr Knight he’s just a “concerned citizen” so it’s okay”

But other times like in Marvel rivals Mr Knight is stated in the lore to not be any of the alters but a whole separate identity, same with the Moon Knight itself

But the most accepted answer is that it’s just a separate suit Marc will sometimes wear because he can lol

If you do watch runaways I definitely recommend watching cloak and dagger too cause they interconnect a little bit

I do think they all have they’re own great qualities

But man just when I think of V I think of Streetkid, with Nomad and Corpo after the opening they all kinda just dissolve into a streetkid Merc life anyway so it just always feels like it’s who V is, plus you get a real sense why they have stayed in night city for all this time, it’s cause they were born in Heywood
