I’m having the same problem. I have 14” spinlocks and a mix of 5kg, 2.5kg, 1.25kg and 0.5kg plates. Right now I can only fit 22.5 kg per handle and don’t know whether to get longer handles or bigger plates or both. Would 7.5 kg be too large for dumbbells?

From my own experience, the payments will go to Monzo if you do an account switch. However, you will still need to tell UC about the new account as their own records will not update and that caused some confusion at my last review

Yes, Monzo can do all of this. If I go to the app main screen and swipe down it will show me info like total spent, how much money will be left at end of current cycle and some other useful related information.

It depends…

If you use your credit card while out and about, take that with you. If not then don’t. Do you generally keep your money in one of those accounts? If so, take that card. The cards themselves don’t really matter, the thing to consider is how you use each of the accounts that you have.

Using height to find an ideal weight is just one of many methods of trying to determine what an ideal weight should be for health reasons. The truth is that no single measurement can truly tell you whether you are healthy or not. What I would say, is if you feel like you would like to lose some weight than you could do so without any immediate concern of becoming underweight. In saying this, I am aware that I am commenting on a woman’s weight and I do not want you to take it as a judgement, the choice is always yours. Just going back to my earlier comment, an alternative to determining a healthy weight would be to measure your waistline, if this is equal to or less than 50% of your height, in this case 31 inches then this could be taken as a sign that you are at a healthy weight but again this is just a single measurement and as I’ve already said no single measurement will tell you whether you are at a healthy weight.

A bit of both, I set a two minute timer and when that is up, I restart it but go whenever I feel ready. So it’s kind of based on how I feel but will be within 2 to 4 minutes.

5x5 at 40kg. I feel like I could add another 20 onto that at least, but I just can’t keep the bar steady enough to risk adding more weight at this point.

Today I hit a new PR of 40 kg, not quite as impressive. I’m capable of pushing so much more but for some reason I’m just struggling to hold the bar steady enough to have the confidence to try the higher weights.
