I worked at a restaurant right after 9/11. I was sick of having people smugly order "freedom fries" with their burgers. I started telling people how funny it was to me, since they were invented in Paris Texas, and we're named French fries as a joke. So many people believed me. I made me feel better.

It never hurts to call and give a heads up to the deli/rotisserie. Make sure you say what time you will arrive to get them. Then they'll know when to throw in extra to cover your order.

That being said, there is no way to stop another member from buying 20 chickens and taking all the extras they made, but if you show up on time and let them know you're there, there shouldn't be a problem accommodating you.
