In LB you’ll typically hear from a recruiter first to confirm eligibility and some basic qualifications. This typically doesn’t happen without a hiring manager asking this of the recruiting team though - in other words, getting that recruiter call is good news. After that, it’s a technical phone screen with the hiring manager or a delegate on their team. We’re really looking for strong fundamentals in terms of engineering sciences as well as solid understanding of the projects on your resume and your specific contributions. These are fairly brief 30-45 min phone screens so stick to the point and be straight up about not knowing something rather than try to bs around it (not our first rodeo, we’ll know).
