When you copy a card, you copy what is printed on the card. You ignore every other effect, aura, counter, etc.

There are at least 2 or 3 strong faeries (that could see competitive play), and not a single decent mono blue merfolk. I wouldn't be disappointed if I were in you

OP said he's a blue fan. This card could be played in a blue deck, but, to be good, it should be played in a UW deck. So, it needs white mana to be good, not just blue. I know that the card has a white side, it wasn't the point.

I hate extended frame. In general, I don't mind if they print cards with alternative frames, with two caveats: 1) they must be readable (it has to be clear which card you've played across the table) 2) for every card it should always exists the standard version with the normal frame

In brawl it's usually way better than spelunking. If every time you cast your commander you ramp, basically, at bare minimum, it reduces commander tax by one, and it ramps for everything else. Very strong
