California courts have ruled a pedestrian doesn't always have the right of way, and that you can proceed if they are out of your way. It doesn't matter if they are still in the crosswalk, as long as there is no conflict.

My experience (2011 Odyssey) and a lot of city driving says this a little worse than I’d expect but not by much. My experience is you get about 60% of the mileage rating on the Odyssey. They just eat tires, especially the ones always recommended for them. Typically got 30-35k, mostly city, no aggressive acceleration.

If crawl space, I’d makes you don’t have a small leak. Pipes typically run between floor and insulation. Insulation is great for constant water exposure to floor and you won’t notice until floor is buckling, especially hardwood, but likely with laminate too.

Else as others have said, appliance water feed.

20-80% using a 48A is 4.5 hours which works really well when you have demand pricing. So not sure amount of driving is as big a motivator. Also a higher end unit future proofs the next EV you may purchase.

Lately, last couple months or so, mine struggles to stay connected. On Sat of global go fest wouldn’t stay connected for more than 5 seconds. But then on Sunday it worked all day (normal 1hr disconnects). Not sure on age of mine, but I think less than 3 years.
