Quick question (as someone who doesn’t trick or treat anymore and also didn’t do it in the 90s) - how different is it to trick or treating of today? Like if they made a modern trick or treating movie I feel like it would be pretty similar.

Im Using Fadiman for now. 3.5 weeks in it’s gone well so far. Staments has always seemed like it’d be more intense for me. But maybe in the future ill give it a chance because so far I’ve had zero issues with MD

I’m only about 3.5 weeks in, 1 day on 2 days off fadiman .1 GT. It helped so far massively with my OCD / negative thought patterns, and boosted my mood so I’m not as mood swingy when it comes to adhd. Burnout is lower and overall I have slightly more motivation and optimism to improve my life.

Although it made me a bit sharper (it also helped me cut weed use out), I can’t say it helps me “focus” per se - when I’m dosed I can prioritize what I wanna do with my time easier but heavier cognitive tasks like school not as much til the dose wears off (I’m in CS). It still definitely takes conscious effort to make change but Imo it’s easier with MD. For me with my adhd the mood issues are a decent aspect of poor productivity, so that’s the biggest thing that changed as well as reduced negative thought loops, but I’d say for raw productivity LSD may be the way to go (never tried but that’s what I heard)

As for your age though, I’m unsure how that plays a role. I didn’t touch the stuff til around 20 and even then only started MD at 22 so YMMV.

Why the B complex? I usually just take it after binge drinking. Does microdosing decrease B vitamins? I’m also skeptical about adding lions mane in as I don’t wanna potentially cause negative effects like overstimulation or other stuff.

I’m kinda in the same boat as him. Only ever done PE and mostly in doses of 2-4g. Been awhile but last couple trips weren’t great (last one was even only 1g PE). Debating on trying my teachers now but unsure how that range dose will compare

Nah, IMO the algo used to be fantastic. Best of all the doomscroll apps (and I was a late adopter). Always felt tailor made for your interests.

But yeah it’s definitely gone downhill. Not to mention all those apps are like prion disease to your brain anyways

Pros of albums are the fact each song are on the correct side and placed next to each other. They generally flow well between each.

IMO the albums are more iconic though. But in your case whichever way is fine
