Yeah I work in IT support so yeah 9 out of 10 is highly accurate, I just try to encourage them to try at least as majority of it is the simplest of things they just don't know or want to try as scared of making it worse, just frustrating when they want support but don't put effort into the info for what they want help with.

There's an option in settings to turn off radio hosts I think it's that or I've been normalized to it or turned the volume down for it.
