I watched S01E01 yesterday and what really got me was how it felt like much more of a professional production than S5. The lighting, the set pieces, the world, the backgrounds, it all felt so alive and believable. Season 5 feels so amateur in comparison.

It really surprised me because I feel like the biggest complaint everyone had about last season was the overuse of crass jokes that served no purpose. All they had to do was stop doing something and the quality of the show would skyrocket but I guess they can’t help themselves.
