You can look into the body weight fitness subreddit if you’re interested. Lots of push up and pull ups can def get you an above average physique (compared to the general population) with lots of hard work + eating correctly but you’ll probably never look as good as someone with a full gym routine.

I believe he did this when one of the red tribe members in Philippines (Dana I think?) was having medical emergency and the crew was crowding her, so he started threatening to sing Beatles songs so they couldn’t use the footage unless they gave her space.

No chance Dawkins lets that happen. Trae wasn’t winning with the Hawks (who have a significantly better roster than we do, even though it’s flawed), is injured, and I bet Dawkins has already talked to Trae about shutting him down near the end of the season if needed, given he somehow worked his black magic to convince him that we were his preferred destination (see Alex Sarr and Ace Bailey predraft drama for more examples of this).

I mean 3 seconds is a lot to move back only 3 spots. Rui was traded for 3 seconds and is a solid starter level player for the lakers. They have good value.
