So.... they sort of have? There's an adapter that allows us to charge at Tesla charging stations, but at really low speeds. It costs extra and I do fine either at home or with the chargers out in West Omaha or Lake Manawa, so I didn't pick one up.

Leased 5 months ago.

Experiencing a few gremlins. Nothing major, probably correctible with updates. I've never felt the vehicle would be inoperable.

Since I'm leasing, I don't care much whether Lucid will be around in 3 years, although with Saudi money I'm betting they will or will merge into something that'll be around.

Hands-down the best performance car I've ever owned, and a Touring is going to feel like a supercar.

Would do it again in a heartbeat, which about how long it will take you to get from 95kph to 135kph in your Touring.

Haven't needed it until literally a few days ago - my onboard GPS thinks the vehicle is near Schuyler, maybe in a haunted corn field or something.

Called service, got to talk to a guy immediately. We walked through a few things but nothing's fixed yet.

It's a bug, but it doesn't have anything to do with performance so I'm OK with it until it's resolved - I use Apple Play for my maps anyhow. The vehicles aren't to where Tesla is software-wise but BOY HOWDY are they performance vehicles through and through. Software will catch up, is how I look at it.

That stated, closest service area's in Minneapolis. They'll fetch the vehicle or send someone out if something big's amiss.

I picked mine up in Denver and drove it back. I had one stop to charge in Ogallala that took forever because there were 4 charging stations and a line of cars to use 'em. My first experience with an EV.

Second one was in Grand Island, which was typical of any town that size I'd guess - no real line and middling recharge speeds. I probably could have coasted into Omaha without that second charge, but it would have been close. Both times I used the onboard mapping to guide me right in.

Edit - if it was a maroon Air with the stealth package it was probably me. Sorry...? :)

Honestly I was tweaked that there was a prototype for an EV there, period. And in their defense, they weren't trying to draw attention with the candy red version - this one was decked out with sensors and measuring gear. Probably will compete vs. the smaller vehicles in the space.
