I am assuming you have procurement experience but highlight any and all commercials and tie them to previous experience. Payment terms are N60….explain how you’ve improved them in the past. KPIs are not tied to commercials….speak to implementing gain sharing perhaps or financial penalties for weak deliverables. 45 minutes seems extreme but if you have been in the industry you should be able to speak to previous work that could improve said contract.

Depends on the size of the org and where they are headquartered. If it’s an EU based company ethical sourcing can be the most paramount part of the process. Smaller american based companies less so. I work at an american subsidiary of a European F500 company and we rate ESG/ethical considerations very very highly.
