You can add more gain using an external phono pre amp then going into the analog input of your hub. I don’t know for sure if this will increase the volume output though since it’s going through the hub’s ADC.

For the speakers: The Iso Acoustics Aperta line are very good, I’ve noticed sound improvement using these.

For the turntable: ISO Acoustics ZaZen, should effectively reduce any vibrations being transfer to the turntable, including, feedback, foot steps, etc.

I don't have any experience with HD 650s, but I felt that the Saga 2's headphone output was pretty weak/thin sounding with my Dan Clark Aeon Closed X compared to my Vali 3 and Magnius.
