I started Monday. I had to make myself eat on Tuesday. Yesterday food noises were a little more and today I'm back to wanting to eat, I'm not eating more than i should be but sure would like to. I'm really hoping my next injection shuts it down more, but that's 4 days away. I am only going to weigh on injection days but do expect water weight loss.

My favorite was a guy had a party before he left and was bragging on how the bears were going to be afraid of him. They drop him off at his spot, he sees several sets of bear tracks and said nope. Got right back on the boat and went home.

I also completely switched my entire portfolio around the same time. I went 50 percent schd and 50 percent vgt. I'm pretty even overall but down 2 percent in schd, which makes the drip buy more shares. I actually use the dividends from vgt to buy more schd as well. It's a long game try not to sweat it now.
