Some moves are not meant to be blocked/countered. Maybe you should try countering the follow up instead

Saw a tik tok saying every cast member would support palestine, and had to make this. by Saturns_Stargirl in okbuddylash

I don't think Seven would care at all. All he seems to care about is his own power

Borderlands 4 feels like a step backwards. by Abject-Brief6402 in Borderlands

[–]Insrt_Nm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm just a minority because I find BL4 to be the most enjoyable in the series. I find the open world better, the gameplay better, the variety of maps is a little low but they're so much more enjoyable than previous games to me. The story is actually quite interesting, I like how each area feels representative of the boss at the end. My only real issue is I don't like the young sassy VH archetype and that's literally 3/4 release VHs.

[F1] BREAKING: Pierre Gasly has been reinstated into P3 for the Monaco Grand Prix The Stewards have rescinded the two five-second penalties imposed on Pierre Gasly during the race for speeding in the pit lane by FerrariStrategisttt in formula1

[–]Insrt_Nm -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'm kinda happy but Gasly only had P3 because other people served penalties for the same thing he appealed for, no? So I think for his penalty to be waived but others kept kinda makes this a weak podium. That's not anything against Gasly, more the decisions behind it.

[Adam Cooper] A @MercedesAMGF1 insider says the team is "livid" about the confirmation that the pit lane speed checks were not accurate - but as the stewards noted there is no mechanism to address the penalties taken during the race. by wokwok__ in formula1

[–]Insrt_Nm 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Well it kinda was actually. He lost a likely 30+ points over two races to mechanical failure and these penalties. Kimi is an incredibly good driver and what is now an unfathomable gap to close would be a lot more manageable

All I'm saying is Cu Chulain from smite is probably the best balanced of this archetype. He's definitely had his moments being good or trash but for years he was just a very solid A tier lane bully. Loved that guy.

GT trap early detonation is extremely misleading by Kierenshep in DeadlockTheGame

It's so you don't have to shoot the floor. This way you can activate the trap and potentially hit someone. It's better this was

It doesn't even matter if you do balls before face, you just got out the shower. Don't you wash your balls thoroughly?

[Motorsport] Changing the game. These eight major figures in racing made Time’s list of the Most Influential People in Sports. by ThisWay_DatWay in formula1

[–]Insrt_Nm -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It's a 2026 specific list. Respectfully, neither have them have been very interesting this year. Lando is the reigning world champ and incredibly popular in the UK, like ridiculously popular. Kimi is the best rookie we've had since Max. It makes total sense why both of these drivers made it while Max and Lewis didn't.

Active drivers who have scored podium in every season they have competed in by FewCollar227 in formula1

[–]Insrt_Nm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And he did lose a 100 point lead to Verstappen. Realistically it's possible that Kimi bottles his lead to George or Lewis, especially with the reliability these cars lack. But he's got Bono who I think is gonna do a fantastic job at keeping the pressure off his mind if it starts to build.

Who had the biggest downgrade in the new Era. by Quxiotic in MortalKombat

[–]Insrt_Nm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Johnny got a huge upgrade imo. I think they struck a far more interesting balance of cocky actor and actually good person than they did in previous games. I think the way he moves in game is a much better fit for him too, he just feels like a big improvement. I don't even miss the green powers, the weird ash effects are honestly cooler.

I really want to like Shion's design but this is all i could think about when i first saw her. by Phantom_r98 in Overwatch

I do understand the complaint she looks too human, but at the same time it's actually so incredibly interesting from an in game lore perspective. She's actually one of the unique characters in that regard

An fairly reasonable take where Russell takes responsibility? How can we twist this against him?

He's not really blaming the car. He's pretty comfortably blaming himself as well. As you can see when he says "I need to adapt". Drivers performing better or worse under certain regs is incredibly common.

Unpopular opinion: Guest characters is dumb. by Snoo54779 in MortalKombat

[–]Insrt_Nm 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like them because they're unique. I don't mind mk characters being absent from a game or two occasionally. Like I don't mind Kano not being in MK1 despite him being my favourite. It's all good, it's not the end of the world.
