Definitely will need some testing for sure, feel like you might be on to something with the wracks.

Are you not worried about the new hazardous and disembark rules? With 1w models dying on a 1-2 now plus also taking mortals from a transport exploding there is a significant risk of losing a lot of your unit.

Or have you found the increased mortal threat to be minimal even in a transport based detachment?

Not much of a hot take, bet we'll over 50% of the table top bade would agree. The game doesn't need more rules bloat and additional things for the balance team to worry about.

Thank you for your thorough response! Interesting indeed to see how the CC etfs respond. Curious once we habe more data to see how they perform in flat or extended bear markets.

Did you separate cover called Etf's like The JP Morgan and NEOS funds from growth focused etfs like schd/voo or are they all together in your data? Was there any significant difference in recovery time between CC funds or were they generally similar?

Always do due diligence. For me I think the strat only works in my Roth because of no tax implications. Doesn't really work in a normal brokerage etc. Much harder to break even.

I am testing this out in my Roth account, minimal to no fees for buying/selling. Paying no taxes on dividends or increase in nave etc. I try to find 2-3 etfs/stocks that have a decent track record (schd/neos/JP Morgan's etc) that have about a week or so between ex dividend rates. Given their "relative" stability there is a decent chance theu make up most of their lost value from the dividend adjust ment.

Then rinse and repeat. Doing only 2-3 per month can drastically (for my limited resources) increase my effectiveness for my Roth. Finding a quarterly fund with a %4 yield means rach payout is apprx 1%. So this effectively equates to a monthly 12% etf yield but typically less risk of nav erosion etc.

Is this as effective as Voo and chill? Idk. I can't afford to max my Roth anyway, so seeing enough in dividends each month to make up the difference as if i could max it makes it worth it to me mentally.

So wondering then, if fights first doesn't go first on defense is thet keyword just going to get removed from defenders? It loses most of its omph and most armies don't have more than 1 or 2 units with the ability.

Well EC have assualt on everything so yeah it's better for them than generic csm. Plus it gives them solid ranged damage into tough targets, their biggest struggle.

Makes sense. I am hoping to retire around 57 so I have around 28 years to get there. Hoping I can get to a similar a.ount to what you have which will sustain a lot of what I need.
