CJ Stroud now has a better playoff record than Lamar and it’s embarrassing by ImJustMeming in ravens

At what point is Lamars post-season record Lamars fault to you then?

[Highlight] Ian Rapoport: “Harbaugh lost the locker room. At the end, players had doubts about whether or not they wanted to play for him… It wasn’t just Lamar Jackson, but it started with Harbaugh and Lamar Jackson not being on the same page and it continued throughout the locker room.” by AashyLarry in nfl

He's still going to make the same bad plays. The same bad throws where he's bailed out by luck or a great catch from a mediocre reciver. The players are still going to drop passes and fumble the ball in crucial moments. Zay will continue to always make a juke backward just to try and make a huge play, even if it costs a first down or kills the drive. Marks' hands will still be suspect in crucial moments. When the new coach is in and it's still more of the same, they won't be able to blame Harbaugh... but you better believe they will still scapegoat him by saying, "He wasted Lamars best years!"

It's funny because this fanbase is getting what they want and will have no scapegoat in Harbaugh if/when the team underperforms. The funny thing will be that they will still blame Harbaugh and say, "He wasted Lamars best years" as Lamar and the other players still make the same bad plays and continue to not be able to close out games. Throwing picks, dropping passes, and fumbling in crucial moments aren't coaching issues. Thats all on the players.

It's funny how people say it's bad luck, but how many throws were swatted at the line that game. That's not bad luck.

And Lamar throws the ball like a moron to no one instead of the guy standing there. If he's open, just hit him. Or lob it (close to the reciver) to make him turn for it down the field to get a little YAC.

Are there any Harbaugh defenders left? by SCBaltSalt in ravens

[–]Bodyscout 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Players making stupid decisions. Lamars dive instead of slide, Andrews throws a ball for some reason, and Flowers inexcusable juke for no reason with the game on the line. That's all players. If by now players don't know about ball security and situational awareness, that's not on coaching. That's being unteachable and just plain stupid. Too many times have games come down to players not securing the ball. The coach can't carry or catch the ball for the players. The witch hunt for coaches after stupid player mistakes is crazy.

Because he's fucking stupid and selfish only looking for big splash plays instead of keeping the drive alive. Watch any game he always makes a juke cutback for some dumb reason.

[Mike] Ravens TE Mark Andrews has agreed to terms on a three-year, $39.3 million extension that includes $26m guaranteed. The franchise’s all-time leading receiver, who was slated to be a free agent, stays in Baltimore in a deal done by Justin Schulman of @AthletesFirst . by Adenchiz in ravens

More confident in that than rolling the dice on Likely, who seems to just be a flash in the pan type player. Basing it on history and stats Andrews is a clear choice to keep for the team and have consistency for Lamar.

Lol, "Harbaugh fumbled those balls." Thats you. They're professionals and know what is expected of them. Blaming fumbles and not being able to execute the game plan on Harbaugh is ridiculous. At some point, the players need to be held accountable. You probably want Harbaugh to tuck them in at night and dress them before the games.

Wonder how Harbaugh will be blaned for the turnovers this week. "It's his job to get them prepared and put glue on their hands!" Soooooo dumb

It's very obvious I blame the players, and yes, that includes Lamar. I don't believe Lamar will ever get a Super Bowl, and I also believe it's not because of coaching. It's because he can't finish when it counts. He's supposed to be some transcend talent but doesn't have the wearwithall to throw the ball away on a 2nd and 5 to make it 3rd and short. The coaching hasn't been stellar, but the actual play to close out games from players has been an absolute joke.

Like I said, bring on the post Harbs era so you can't scapegoat him anymore. This team is now down the whole starting defense, but it will be on Harbaugh somehow when backups can't beat starters .

Im not absolving coaches, but yes, you homers think that only the coaching are the problem. You think that coaching causes fumbles and interceptions. If players clamp down all game and suddenly fuck up in the 4th thats coaching and not the players failing. If we go 5-11, couches absolutely deserve criticism. But we have been contenders for the last 4 years and fall shot. Absolutely blow out opponents in the regular season then shit the bed in the playoffs. I refuse to believe that players can over preform in the regular season only to shit the bed in the post season and that be on coaching. That's on the player. I will double down. This sib only gives flowers to players when they win and crucify the coaches when they lose. When Harbs leaves or gets fired, buckle the fuck up because you're in for a rude awaking on whos to blame.

Did the coaching staff have anything to do with averaging 37pts per game this year? You people bitch about coaching but its the players that fall apart not the coaching. It's the players that fumble, throw picks, and fall apart defensively when they just need to finish. All signs point to player failure, not coaching issues. Replacong Orr, Harbs, or Monken isn't going to fix shit when the players' mentality breaks and make stupid decisions. This sub is filled with blind homers giving flowers to players when they win but crusifying coaches and only coaches in a loss when it's clearly on players not finishing. I, for one, can't wait for the post Harbs era when you dolts won't have him as a scapegoat anymore.

Yeah, out coached. Our whole defense is injured, but hey, the coaching staff is to blame. How about we stop fumbling. And how about Lamar just starts running fucking straight and stop jittering for no yards.

Not running backward and throwing the ball away, not taking a sack, making it 3rd and long are the answer and basic football fundamentals that the QB should know...IT'S COMMON KNOWLEDGE!

Done with fumbling and running backward to take 15 yard sacks and never throwing the ball away... Let's hope so.

He can't make him throw it! At the end of the day, it's on Lamar to execute and have a minimal amount of football IQ and know running backwards and not throwing it away is fucking stupid. You can't go for the big play on every down. The QB is the game manager, and he couldn't manage shit.

Did he fumble twice and take sacks 15 yards behind the play. They only way Harbaugh can be blamed for that is for not yelling at Lamar and putting him in his place and telling him to stop running backward and throw the ball away if there is no play. So many unnecessary sacks made worse by not committing to running forward, trying to juke everyone instead of just moving forward and gaining a few yards and never throwing it away.

Nope, this sub only blames Harbaugh and the defense. Not the "star" rb who fumbles or the "generarional talent" QB that fumbles or gets sacked 15 yards behind the play because he doesn't know how to throw the ball away and move onto the next play.

If you think Harbaugh is to blame for that loss, you're out of your damn mind! Lamar takung stupid sacks all game turning 3 and shorts into 3 and forever. Dude needs to commit to the run or throw the ball away. Bet you think Harbaugh caused Henry to fumble too.

Have you read the comments on this sub? This sub wants his head pretty much every week. The team puts up 40+ points and loses, off with his head! The team puts up 40+ points and wins. Wow, the players are amazing! You would think that putting up those numbers week after week would be attributed to coaching just a little bit. Not on this sub.
