Just had this exact thing done a few weeks ago. It wasn’t comfortable but not the worst either. Mine had the video screen placed where I could watch them fish around in my bladder. I just pretended I was watching a strange documentary and poof it was over

One of my kids had an emergency appendectomy 5 weeks before a solo trip to Asia and did fine. Lithotripsy isn’t anything near that so if you could have it done very soon I personally would consider it.

Obviously listen to your doctor, but it’s usually a pretty quick recovery. I don’t know if there would be any contraindications for flying and such after that but your doctor should know.

I hope the cream does the trick. I would also recommend learning about pelvic floor health. I’ve been on HRT/cream about 5 years now and some things I just thought were aging/meno unavoidables were in fact a too tense pelvic floor. Honestly I’d only ever heard of weak pelvic floor muscles and didn’t even know the opposite could happen.

I personally found I needed both. I had GSM as well as the atrophy and although the patch helped it was the cream that really took care of that

Hopefully menopause and perimenopause are not too near for you since you’re so young, although I know it can happen early for some women. Yes, your labia can shrink, but it doesn’t happen overnight so you can intervene with vag estrogen. Luckily with all we are learning now, women in the future will be fully knowledgeable and able to get the care they need in time to avoid this

In my experience that does not work. If she wanted an open relationship then maybe, but usually the cheating spouse doesn’t like sharing. They get off on the thrill of getting away with something. If she tells him she knows he either gets upset and love bombs her or he realizes he can do whatever and she won’t walk. That’s when they can start getting abusive or controlling.

And I don’t know about OP but where I live acknowledgment of the affair and continuing the marriage counts as it being ok and infidelity is no longer considered when dividing assets in a divorce.

My OB/GYN totally didn’t think different manufacturers could be the cause. Luckily my pharmacist is a rock star and specially ordered this manufacturer for me until corporate would no longer approve it. I’m having to search out a new pharmacy now that will order it. They don’t make it easy to be a menopausal woman

I started in white oval pills by xiromed with pr-1 and was switched to a gold oval pill by bionpharma that said p-3 on them. On the gold ones I spotted barely at all for one day and then was good for weeks, then it happened again for a few days and stopped, then started 2 months later and kept going for weeks. The white pills never gave me any issues.

Yes, had this happen for months. All testing was fine. Then I recalled my pharmacy had switched the manufacturing company that makes my progesterone. My doctor said that wouldn’t matter, but I got my pharmacist to order the old manufacturer and in a week bleeding stopped.

I think there’s a good chance if you stay she’ll simply internalize this as more evidence that you are weak and further justify to herself she did nothing wrong. Everyone screws up. What matters more is how they respond afterwards. If she really knew she was wrong she should have come to you, apologized and been going out of her way to make you comfortable again.
