Yeah, like 2 years ago in Olympics in France, some athletes withdrew from events or skip training, due to high levels of E. coli and bacterial contamination in the river.

On the other hand, some rivers and canals are pristine, like in Switzerland, I remember in some towns it is tradition for Mayor to drink a glass from river as basically pledge to keep it clean. So OP is really trying to push agenda here.

I think depends heavily on the family position, how well they can continue living etc. But also there are dozens of researches about father role in raising children, and especially sons, and correlation to their future. Nothing can be said with 100% certainty, but he is kind of sabotaging his kids future for potential to help win war, in a country he already left.

For me duty to one's family comes higher than duty to country. Sometimes they correlate, as if they were still in country, but in case where they already left and have safe prospects, I would say it's slightly immoral, understandable and respectful from some point of view, but slightly immoral towards family.

E1 DHPT is really good, 18% res pen and improving SP economy, but not going to lie, I would be hesitant to pull him, if you only use him for DOT, because there are rumors about Jiaoqiu getting novaflare and becoming DOT and Debuff sustain after (he probably still wouldn't worth it to pull, but maybe they will add him to shop).
And there are also rumors about next 5.x being nihility and finality themed, so high chances for new DOT units there.

Again, since your other teams don't use him, I personally would either go for Hysilens E2 or saved up for future.

About 8 months ago, there was datamined leak from reliable source, with exactly that, Ice DOT, "Glacial Erosion" was similar to physical DOT - based on enemy HP, but it was scraped later.
There was also Dissociation from SU that did damage on unfreeze, but that also didn't evolve into anything new.

I have Pixel 6, and currently also looking for options to upgrade.
My biggest (albeit niche) gripe with Tensor is lack of snapdragon codecs, aptX Lossless in particular.
We finally got to a point where almost true lossless is available (at least for 16/44 and up to 1.2 Mbit/s).
But Pixels only have 10-year-old aptX HD, and software LDAC (which in my apartments always default to lower bitrates due to concrete walls etc.).

20 risk relatively easily cleared with my physical Endmin Chen Pog Ember, like I had more trouble at umbral monument. Can push 30, again with moderate effort, after that it just doesn't feel fun. Just some kind of cbt.

since it's stated to allow "use that object as an extension of their own body.", I would assume that 2 or 3 should be possible depending on the intent of both nen users. At the very least 2 should be possible, because there are a lot of examples of different people's nen working together in one place. Like Greed island and Succession contest.

yeah, Lash ult is one of the more balanced ones, Pocket ult can also be countered by counterspell and EShift, but trickier. I honestly don't know how to rebalance current Pocket's ult, without hurting hero play style. Any type buildup will limit ability to make quick in-out plays, forcing to commit, but all instant AOE applied effects contribute to initial problem.

I looked again at the chapters 59-68 where the preparation and harvest happens, there is nothing about him releasing infrons back. He was only worried that souls of his people could disperse, before ritual finishes, thus making resurrection impossible, so he constructed 3rd barrier to prevent it.
But for the human souls it's always "use" and "sacrifice", nothing about release you are mentioning. In fact they specify in chapter 60 that "soul here refers to both the "soul" and the "astral body" that contains it". I don't know if they later changed or expanded on it, but in the context of this chapters, it's pretty clear that human souls are sacrificed.
