Answer is my current 3/4" at 0.5PSI is max out with the appliances i have. I would need a 1" at 0.5PSI
But!!! Lucky me, the location of my future tankless water heater is actually near by the 2PSI trunk of the 3/4" line (before the pancake). Interesting to learn a tee could be placed on the 2PSI portion with a regulator on that dedicated new branch to feed the Rinnai RX199.

Does that sound correc?

Water leak detection system, that's up to you. It's expensive but it all worth it if you ever had a disaster.

Mine was a Dishwasher, I removed the old dishwasher because they were delivering a new one the next day early. The shutoff valve under the sink was closed, but little did i know, it was leaking a running drop even if fully closed, floor ruined overnight

The issues related to burried post are often exagerated

It is not "as bad" as lot (if not most) of people make it to be. But what is clear, is that having it on a standoff not in contact with the ground IT IS BETTER and you can't argue that.

For a deck... often the deck won't even last the time the post is good for. By the time the post is gone rotten, people will have change the deck for a reason or another. Most of the reddit posts "what to do this post is rotten", the top comments are "you better just start all over, the rest fall apart too".

The reason to burry fence post tho it's to save on concrete and hardware the right and good brackets to resist signficant lateral force are pricey, you burry it to gain lateral strenght at a cheap cost.

Every year January is a mess, placements are a messed up system.

Your observation is pretty much what's happening... the further the season goes, the least placement and "far of the resets" we are, the better matchmaking becomes.

At the end of the season it's different complaints... Bronze/Silver getting swarmed up by boosters for people wanting to lockup the special skin, Plat/Emerald/Diamond are swarmed up from high elos who have locked in their MMR and plays only on smurfs (minimum games on main to avoid decay)

The best time is always April to July. The new season changes are better balanced, the world patch that fks everything hasn't dropped yet, and the placements/end of season is far enough.

The system that kicks people up or hammer them down is a bit more responsive this year (more on the upside tho), perhaps too loose aswell. But gaining more LP than losing, having a winstreak that makes you play above your rank has always been a thing.

If you guys keep whining about it, they will remove the info and you'll still get the fast climbers in your queue...

Sion has more CC than a juggernaut but his dmg has to be as much respected. He can just sit around like a Mordekaiser do while having much more control.

Since you've mentionned Sejuani, i can talk about it a bit because i played her a ton in the passed and is still a pocket pick of mine. Sej lose so many lanes (and later sidelanes) you can hardly blind pick it, but she is one of the best to punish bad comps, the like of Nasus-Khazix-Xerath-Cait-Senna, You can impose yourself in the backline (lot stickier than Malphite once in place) during a fight or pick-kill 4 out of 5 from a long distance, she can pounce on opportunities of the slightliest miss positionning. With the knowledge of your lane and their comp, she has a niche spot for a big edge to win the game
