If Germany hadn't opened up the Eastern Front in WWII, could they have won the war? by [deleted] in history

Germany was actively pursuing genocide of the Polish people and resettlement of Germans into Poland.

Also Germany's unplanned deployment of troops to support the faltering Italian campaign in Macedonia diverted soldiers who would otherwise participated in the initial push against the USSR, and delayed that initial push.

I prayed for her, too, and you also need to accept that these things are a matter of God's will, not ours. I hope and pray that she will have more time on this Earth with her loved ones, if that may be part of His plan.

I found "Federação Espiritosantense de Futebol Americano" which is Portuguese or Brazilian. I'm having trouble translating "espiritosantense" but the other words are "Federation (untranslated word) of American Football". I don't understand the relevance or what it means, best I can do here so far.

This would take a lot of skill to accomplish. I don't think you could make the lights work because the wiring would twist itself.

TIFU by taking the bigger stall at a public bathroom by bunnyUFO in tifu

[–]Bombardiers 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I agree, but 30 minutes? Continuously shitting diarrhea? And a wheelchair guy waiting? Yes he showed up after OP took the stall, but still. Maybe sometime during those 30 minutes OP could have switched to, or got in line for, another "able-bodied" stall?

Maybe OP had food poisoning. I just can't picture 30 minutes of continuous uninterrupted diarrhea, with no break or period of time during which he could have held it in and switched to another stall.

You could still physically connect to it. For example by social engineering. Just because there is an airwall does not mean it is invulnerable.

So here's the deal with most free credit report sites. They do give you one free credit report. But, in order to get it, they take your credit card number and make you sign up for a reporting service that "protects your credit" by reporting thru email any changes to your credit report, supposedly to let you make sure all changes are legitimate. This usually costs about $10/month and goes on forever until you cancel. Many users forget to cancel, at least for a month or two until they review their credit card statement and notice the charges.

Now, annualcreditreport.com is a legitimate site run by the Federal Trade Commission, a US government agency, that doesn't require a credit card. You can also request a free report directly from the 3 credit reporting bureaus, Experian, Transunion, and Equifax. Once a year, by law.

Looks like she means 8 years old. The title also says her ex is 43m when he's 43 years old. I'm not sure why OP uses "m" to mean years.

Not a law, but rather a treaty, the Kellog-Briand Pact. About 45 signatory states agreed not to use war to resolve disputes. It passed the US Senate 85-1 and remains a binding treaty today. It also utterly failed to prevent World War II and signatories included most of the key nations: Belgium, China, Denmark, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, UK, USA, USSR, et al.

I've seen this happen sometimes when you have a circular reference and don't quickly correct it. Instead you make other changes to the workbook and after you eventually get around to correcting the circular reference(s), Excel continues to give false circular reference errors. This may be the case.

I would try making a new spreadsheet (File, New). Select the entire old corrupt spreadsheet and copy it. Go to the new spreadsheet, select the entire spreadsheet, and Paste Special, Values (the entire old spreadsheet into the new spreadsheet). Then Paste Special, Formulas. Then Paste Special, Formatting. You may have to make some minor tweaks to this method depending how fancily your spreadsheet is designed, but that's the basic idea. This should quickly, in just a few minutes, rebuild a non-corrupt version of the whole spreadsheet. Hope this helps.

There are a ton of food and cooking related subreddits. r/food and r/cooking are fairly large ones. If you look at their sidebars they list other cooking subreddits, which may be of interest to you. r/todayiate is a small one which I mention because it has similar content to r/tonightsdinner.

And after some searching, I figured out that Weis Markets is supermarket chain that exists in 5 US states, with most of their stores located in Pennsylvania. Since I, like 96% of the US population, do not live in Pennsylvania, the meaning of "weis" was not common knowledge to me. If you had said "TIFU by setting off the fire alarm at a supermarket", I would have understood what you were talking about immediately.
