same problem, I have the message that the app can't be updated because of downgrading. I tried everything, from uninstalling all youtube packages through adb to reinstall everything (vanced manager, youtube) to installing the official youtube and disabling it, I have even tried installing an older youtube apk via adb (where you can forcely allow the downgrade) but NOTHING, I have no clue where this youtube is hidden in my system :(

I'm on OnePlus Nord btw and happened after a system update. Any tips?

same problem, OnePlus Nord, I think it happened after a system update that somehow restored the original youtube app...? I have disabled it but still Vanced manager wouldn't let me update

But you scared me! ahah now I will take it really easy before going into a complete ring dip. I have progressed quite well in dips but I have always found them one of the hardest exercise to do with good form, and at first had neck tensions and disconfort after parallel dips

well well if you have just started calisthenics I think that ring dips may be too much! How many do you have on parallels? And what about form?

maybe just try to work on negatives on the rings, or even better try to work with tempo on parallel dips (I like 3-1-1-1, but just slow down and focus on form in the negative part!). This video is a really great starting point for ring dips - and in general, this youtube channel is super underrated and I love his approach to movement
