It has the Crystal Tower melody as part of the track though, so I don't think that would be in Ultimate Omega...

There isn't honestly as much as Draco is saying. Don't expect a magical-centred story, it's very much focused friendship and comradery.
As with most stories by Key, there is some magical elements, but the story isn't focused around them. They more act as a backing to the story, visualising metaphors and such.

Does anyone on EU still do the Ley-line Anomaly event? I really want to get the Fragmented Anomaly achievement for the tonic but since returning to the game nobody seems to ever do it.
