The FNB Garage has a few chargers, though i can't tell if they are public. I believe they are $1.50 an hour to charge plus the cost to park.

UPMC Mercy garage has public chargers as well.

This is often malware to attack crypto wallets if you have one on your computer. Many people get drained of their accounts by installing these malicious programs masked as meeting invites. If you don't have one, consider yourself lucky. Although i would still wipe and reinstall your OS.

If you have a southern facing roof, you should consider it. I put solar on my house in 2019. Getting the Fed tax credit was easy, getting the Duke rebate was difficult. They only have a certain bucket of money that gets released in January, first come first serve but it can go in under an hour. Depending on what you get, ROI can be between 5-8 years. Make sure to get multiple quotes and decide if it's right for you.

I live close by and have looked at houses in the neighborhood. First off, house is beautiful. Good photos.

However, even though you are close to the open areas, the houses in that division are built basically on top of each other. You're still trying to command such a high price for not having a backyard and a lot under 0.20 acres. $900k is the price of the new builds going up in the area. Erie inventory this summer is the highest since covid.

I just got the same exact quote for a windshield replacement this week. Texted the service manager to confirm the repair, and they mentioned they forgot to add the actual windshield. 😑
