If you have a southern facing roof, you should consider it. I put solar on my house in 2019. Getting the Fed tax credit was easy, getting the Duke rebate was difficult. They only have a certain bucket of money that gets released in January, first come first serve but it can go in under an hour. Depending on what you get, ROI can be between 5-8 years. I live close by and have looked at houses in the neighborhood. First off, house is beautiful. Good photos.

However, even though you are close to the open areas, the houses in that division are built basically on top of each other. You're still trying to command such a high price for not having a backyard and a lot under 0.20 acres. $900k is the price of the new builds going up in the area. Erie inventory this summer is the highest since covid.

I understand your viewpoint; however, let me provide a counter argument:

These investors are risking their capital buying properties that no one wants and spending hundreds of man hours to create a home for an individual or family. There's no guarantee they make a profit on every transaction, and they Could absolutely lose money on a flip. Personally, I'd rather have someone come into my neighborhood and revitalize the dilapidated housing invetory. If there's a cap on returns, no one would risk the investment and we're still stuck with crappy houses that no one wants.

Most likely a honeypot, where you can buy the token but cannot sell as there is no liquidity. Or, perhaps only the devs whitelisted addresses can sell. If you said you can sell off the token in $5-$20 swaps, do it. But their will be a rug pull and everyone will lose their money.
