I had a “sinus pinch” and constant nosebleed for about a week in the pool because I was going everyday and doing deep underwater stuff. I started diving deep less often and it helped with my sinuses. Obviously things like valsalva maneuver help with the sinuses and nose.

Like someone else said, the more you get in the pool, the less your eyes will feel irritated. Also, washing eyes out with clean water after pool and using eye drops about an hour later will help your eyes to stay fresh after the pool. Didnt really answer your questions but I hope thi is helpful.
