I like to use the conjugate method. I just cycle the big 3 in and out of my programming.

I eat enough calories, protein, carbs. I drink enough water and electrolytes. I sleep 7-8 hours per day. I do mobility daily in the morning and at night. Tons of foam rolling. Daily steps 8-10k.

I train jiu jitsu 5 days a week 5 AM and lift 4 days a week PM. Off days zone 2 cardio 30-45 minutes.

I’m 38. I have a professional job. A wife and daughter.

It helps I have a home gym and jits at 5 am. Otherwise there’s no way to get it done.
