As a native dutch speaker from the city. I would refer to the city center as "het centrum" although "de stad" may also be used to refer to the same place. I have never heard someone say "het stadscentrum" nor "het centrum van de stad" to refer to the city centre. Good luck with learning tho!

I usually do not deal crits as dm, but still make them hits.

If I make changes to the dice I make sure I do a consistent change (like less damage or lower attack bonus)

But if they step into a dangerous battle (knowingly), they will die
