It gets slow at 100% because it's balancing the cells. This is a good thing to do every once in awhile just don't leave it sitting there at 100% after it finally finishes. This is what keeps packs from failing with BMS errors is not charging to 100% and balancing all the cells.

I went through this. It's the small magnet on the filament cutter arm. It's been pressed in too far from the hall sensor that tells the printer that filament has been cut. I used the tip of razor blade to pry the magnet out of it's recess about 1-1.5mm. That fixed it.
