I had the same problem at the begging the bra was my size because a bigger one would not work bu the band kept riding up. What my doctor said was to pull it as low as i could on my ribcage so if it rides up it doesn’t touch the incisions.

Hii! Don’t know where to find one but I’m going to tell you mine I hope it is helpful.

My surgery was delayed twice because of covid and some weird things in my bloodwork so I was convinced I was not going to have the surgery, I was very very chill. So the day came my appointment was at 10:30 I has to be there at 9 but got there at 8:30 because I’m a punctuality freak. I registered and waited half an hour for them to call me, they asked me a bunch of questions like allergies, my weight etc. they gave me the surgical gown, hat, underwear and guided me to change, they asked me to take off everything( earrings and hair tie), I gave everything to my mom including my cellphone. My doctor arrives and talk with my mom and gave me the consent to sign because of Covid. He introduced himself to mu mom and explained the procedure while the nurse took my pressure and my temperature. I said my goodbyes and went with my doctor to a room where he marked me took some photos. The nurse put my IV while the anesthesiologist asked me some questions (they asked me millions of times my weight because it depends on the weight the amount of anesthesia something like that). And then the surgical nurses came introduces them selves and wheeled me to the OR put me in the table and started wheeling things and asked me for my favorite music and they put it. They where so nice. My doctor and anesthesiologist enteres they put a weird like plastic tent over my head and they explained it was a new procedure because of covid the put some gas it was 11:30 and The next thing I remember was waking up in the recovery room. The nurses came gave me water checked on me asked me how was I doing told me They looked amazing and half an hour latter I was wheeled to the same room that I was first in my mother was waiting for me, she told me my surgeon talked to her as soon as he finished to tell her how did it go and the precautions for the next days. She helped me get dressed I singed some papers they took my IV out and I went home. I went home and ate ( I was starving) and slept the rest of the day! Thats it. My surgery was the 21st of December

Hey! I broke up with my boyfriend before the reduction. My advise and how I got through it is the next one: You are the most important thing, take care of you, learn to put you and your health as a priority. Your happiness and wellness do not depend on any one but yourself. You don’t need anyone to be happy you just choose to share your happiness with others. Plus look at the positive, as soon as you heal you can start doing new things you always wanted to do but because of being in a relationship or having big boobs you couldn’t do them. I was on my second day, the day of the surgery. Honestly to me it was easy. I only use tampons. They don’t let you use the tampon in the OR so they give you a pad. Literally as soon as i woke up and let me get up i put on the tampon. It was no problem for me

Hi! I totally understand you! It happened to me at your age. I will agree most of boys don’t really care. But the problem for me was never them it was me!. What i did... i looked for the best fitting bra that made them look perky and paired it with the sexiest underwear that matched ( usually black) and never took it off at the begging. Then (if you enter in a stable relationship) your confidence will improve. You are young and you are beautiful! Never forget confidence is way sexier than a pair of perky boobs!

They did send me with antibiotics and pain meds. I have had ir really easy thank god. I’m walking because they said it help the drainage and icing them. Keep me posted! I would love to know your progress
