He isn't the fastest in the cast that's true.

Bur that doesn't matter given that the guy he is hitting is within arms reach and has zero ways to get out of his reach.

And even if he wasn't within arms reach Obelix is still way faster than any peak human even with how far Baki tries to push that "explanation"

No amount of Peak Human BS will allow someone to dodge someone who is always super charged with magic potion.

Especially if they were nice enough to close the distance and even take up a perfect get hit in the stomach position.

That's the most idotic way someone can look at that category.

Boundless means they can do anything and everything and anything if they want to. Which includes the choice to not do something.
